A national passion, coffee can be an ingredient in a variety of dishes in the kitchen and bar. In winter, a good option is to use it in cocktails with and without alcohol. The delicacy is so beloved that it has an exceptional date in the national calendar. In Brazil, the day was set by the Brazilian Coffee Industry Association (ABIC) on May 24, marking the start of the harvest in the country’s main regions.

On a day that cherishes and honors an expensive product, see recipes for delicious drinks that can be prepared with coffee:

Espresso tonic with coffee

Ingredients:
50 ml Orpheus Intensive Espresso
180 ml tonic
30 ml gin
lemon slices

Preparation mode:
Place the ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake. Choose with or without gin.

Cappuccino Brownie

Ingredients:
1 shot of classic Orpheus espresso
90 ml foamed milk
2 servings macadamia nut syrup
dark chocolate chips
Whipped cream and chocolate syrup for garnish

Preparation mode:
Place dark chocolate chips in the bottom of the cup and remove the espresso from the top. Add syrup and pour over boiled milk. Finally, garnish with a layer of whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients:
3 ice cubes
50 (ml) Spanish liqueur
50 (ml) espresso coffee

Preparation mode:
Place ice in a low glass. Add liqueur and espresso coffee. Mix all ingredients and add more ice. For the whipped version, simply add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously.

Ingredients:
50 ml cachaça aged in an oak barrel
15 ml coffee liqueur
7 ml almond liqueur
30 ml espresso coffee
2 bitters cocoa dash

Mix all ingredients and serve in a tall glass.

Ingredients:
40 ml bourbon, infused with coffee beans, for 12 hours
30 ml Campari
30 ml red vermouth

Mix all ingredients in a shaker, add large ice and orange zest.

Ingredients
50 ml cachaça aged in oak barrels and infused with coffee and bay orange
25 ml cinara
25 ml classic carpan

Preparation mode:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve with an ice cube.

For infusion:
Put 250 g of bay orange and 200 g of coffee (in beans) into a liter of cachaça. Leave for a day.

30 ml cachaça princess Isabelle de jackfruit
30ml brandy
20 ml coffee liqueur
5 ml campari
2 drops of angostura

Preparation mode:
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass for 30 seconds. Strain into a low glass with raw ice. Finish with an orange zest or slice and three coffee beans.

50 ml Rosso vermouth
10 ml luxardo marraschino
20 ml Sicilian lemon
15 ml coconut sugar
1 dash bitter flavored

Preparation mode:
Put ice in a coupe glass. Shake all ingredients in a shaker. Remove ice and add mixed ingredients. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange and a few drops of Bahia orange essential oil.

40 ml tequila 1800 Cristalino
50 ml Cold Brew
20 ml Carpano Classico
2 dash Angostura
10 ml sugar syrup

Preparing a cold drink:
100 gr Coffee of your choice (coarse grinding)
400 ml filtered water

Preparation: Add coffee and water to a vacuum or airtight container and mix well. Leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours, after this time, strain through a sieve and coffee filter.

Drink preparation method:
Mix everything in a mixing glass, add plenty of ice and stir until you get a 25% solution. Strain into a low glass with ice. After the process, the drink is ready, it remains only to serve.

1 glass of liquor 43 herbs

Preparation mode:
