  • 1 can of green corn with water
  • 2 cups (tea) milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup (tea) oil
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Butter and wheat flour for brushing

Filling:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation mode:

Whisk corn with canned water, milk, eggs, flour, cornmeal, oil and salt in a blender until smooth. Add yeast and stir with a spoon. For the filling, heat a frying pan with oil and fry the meat for 5 minutes. Add the onion and let it brown. Season with salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured 26 cm diameter mold, lay out the filling and cover with the remaining dough. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, sprinkle with the smell of greens and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg mince
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 pack of creamy onion powder (68 g)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 cup wheat flour (for breading)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (for breading)
  • frying oil
  • 300 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 and 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • Fresh chopped basil to taste

Preparation mode:

For the sauce, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add tomato sauce and simmer until thickened. Add basil, stir and turn off the heat. To book.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, egg yolk, onion cream, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and parsley. Knead by hand until smooth. We take portions of the dough and open it in the palm of our hands, forming steaks, squeezing. For breading, pass through wheat flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.

Fry, gradually, in hot oil, in immersion, until golden brown. Drain onto absorbent paper. Transfer to a fireproof dish, drizzle with hot sauce and top with mozzarella. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 10 minutes. Garnish with basil and serve immediately.

  • 2 Japanese pumpkins
  • 2 glasses of water (tea)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (tea) olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 100 g grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation mode:

Cut off the caps from the pumpkin, put in a saucepan with water and salt and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the water and let it cool down. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic and onion for 5 minutes. Add meat, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside. Remove and discard pumpkin pulp and stew filling. Cover with mozzarella and place in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until mozzarella is melted. Remove and serve.

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 700 g minced meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 pitted chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup canned green corn (drained)
  • 1 packet beef broth powder
  • Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Straw potatoes for sprinkling

Preparation mode:

Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat and fry the meat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, corn, beef broth and simmer 5 more minutes or until meat is no longer raw. Season with salt, pepper, herbal scent and distribute in a refractory medium. Cover with cottage cheese and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200ºC for 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Sprinkle with potato chips and serve.

  • 2 large zucchini
  • Salt, pepper and chopped basil to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 pitted tomato, diced
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation mode:

Wash the zucchini, pierce the peel with a toothpick and boil whole in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and let cool. Cut in half lengthwise and carefully remove the core with a spoon. To book. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Add meat and sauté 5 minutes or until all water has evaporated.

Turn off, add reserved zucchini brains, tomato, season with salt, pepper, basil and mix. Saute the zucchini. Place in pan, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes or until set. Serve immediately.
