Four years ago, the bar and restaurant Reserva do Gestor, located in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, fell in love with Cachoeirense with its appetizers, portions and drinks. An already successful establishment is now part of the Roda de Boteco festival, and to celebrate its participation in the award that will select the best bar in the city, Reserva do Gestor is submitting its dish to the competition: Käsewurst – German. pork sausage stuffed with cheddar cheese, onion and flambé in a Reserva do Gestor. A drink that has already been awarded national awards.

Anyone who wants to try this delight, which comes with a free bottle of Brahma double malt (650 ml), will pay only 32.90 reais. Another novelty is that now the company brings to Cachoeiro Reserva do Gestor Gourmet with selected dishes.

“Roda de Boteco is promoting the ‘Reserve Manager’ so people can get to know our space. I am very pleased to participate in this first event in Cachoeiro. About Roda de Boteco

The first Roda de Boteco festival in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim began on May 6th and will run until June 5th. 14 pubs claim to be the best in the region. They have created unique snacks that the public will be able to taste during almost a month of competition. When evaluating, bartenders must take into account the taste and originality of the snack, the temperature of the drink, the service and hygiene of the establishment.

The winner will be announced on June 11 at Botecão, the moment of the festival when all the bars/bars gather in the city’s exhibition park.
